About the restaurant
Breakfast Bistro opened its doors in September, 2014. We may be the new kid on the Regina restaurant block, but we will soon be your favourite! Our goal is to take our menu a step-up from original breakfast diners, using inspired ingredients and offering a variety of options to suit the tastes and dietary needs of our clients.
Our family owned and operated business is run by Niki Haritos and her parents. Dad Bill adds a Mediterranean flair, bringing his industry experience in Greece here to Canada. Head chef Tiffani McBee won the 2014 provincial Canadian Culinary Federation Saputo Cheese junior culinary cooking challenge.
