As a family owned restaurant, we strive to serve food made with passion and love. When seasonally available, we source from local producers to provide fresh food made from scratch. Our potatoes are locally sourced from Craven, cut and oven roasted with love in house. We are happy to provide lots of gluten free and vegan options.
Bill Haritos, is the friendly and loveable face seen around the dining area greeting guests and ensuring everyone is happy. Bill brings years of experience and has long stayed in the restaurant business due to his love of people
Dina does it all! She is greeting you as you walk into the restaurant, taking you to your table, and even making the desserts in the back. She not only specializes in homemade Greek desserts like Baklava, but her patience and skill is evident in her ability to make French pastries like mille-feuille. Bill and Dina are very fortunate to share their love and passion for the restaurant business with their eldest daughter, Niki, the Executive Chef.
Niki is full of raw talent and is not only passionate about creating good food, but about creating memories. This drive is obvious in her desire to find local and seasonal ingredients to include in both Breakfast Bistro and Luna's evolving menu and features. She is inspired by both her traditional Mediterranean roots, and her desire to take classic recipes and tweak them with a modern flair.
